Accreditations & Certifications
SMA are the only NSW-based private ambulance services provider certified to the NSQHS and ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems). We have the NSW Health Private Paramedic Authority and Wholesale Licences, and we hold ISO 9001: 2015 certification. We understand that safety is paramount in our operations and to the Destination NSW stakeholders and we hold certification to WHS standards OH&S ISO45001. SMA is also certified to the environmental standard ISO14001: 2015.
